My dependent child dont want to come here in Canada

Hi! I'm about to submit my pr portal, however my declared dependent son dont want to go with us here in Canada. He left the house and we dont know where he is now? Does will affect my application if the ircc will ask some additional documents like photo, biometrics and medical that I can't able to provide from him?
What should I do? Please help me.
