My daughter'so name is incomplete on selection certificate...

Please someone help out here. I received our (5) Quebec skilled workers certificates but my daughter's name is incomplete. That is, they put just two of her three names. My patience is actually running out because I started this application in 2013. Must I send the certificates back? Or what else can I do?

same thing with me , my DOB was wrong, i send it back on may 2017, still waiting , processing is not started yet

Thank you dear. I just feel like forwarding the certificates for the permanent residence without sending it back to Quebec for correction . What do you think?
