As others have said, you have no claim to citizenship since your father became a citizen after you were born. He would need to sponsor you for permanent residency. Once you became a PR and had lived in Canada for a number of years, you would then qualify to apply for citizenship.
If your father is not willing to sponsor you for PR, you will need to look into applying for PR on your own once you have completed school, have at least a year of full time paid work experience (preferably in a skilled occupation) and meet the other criteria to apply.
