My Current Status showed an update which didnt show in the Application Status. Not even a message

Need Urgent Help!
Today I was checking my gc key account. I saw an update on my "Current Status" and it said "Application/Profile Updated" .I have attached screenshots for your consideration. But when I went inside the tab "Check full application status" tab it remained unchanged.

Has this thing happened to anyone else before?
What should I do in this case? :')

I am really confused and frightened.Help me out.
I did medical upfront and passed the test on the 24th of may.
Has this thing happened to anyone else before?

I have the same issue. I passed my medical test on the 24th of May. And still no update.
