Same situation for me , on demand job experience, sister in canada but still no Noi. Is it like the noc code is use for a draw once a year? Like if the recent draw was for 22221 they wont target 22221 again later this year?

In this link it shows your said NOC low in demand, maybe one of the reason but you never know.

@Taran D , from how much time you are in the waiting queue for NOI. I have an NOC code in high demand and have family ties but didn't get any NOI yet. I submitted my Exprees entry profile in July

What is the NOC and CRS score? Family member? Alberta selects specific NOCs for each draw. Just because NOC is in-demand doesn’t mean NOC is selected.

No but in past posts your NOC was 21320. Has it changed in the past few months?

Yes as long as you have an occupation in demand.
