Relative 5 Points applicable only in the cases mentioned below. No points if only Cousin.

Family in Canada (parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, sister, brother, niece, nephew, child or grandchild, spouse or common-law partner who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident living in Canada)

And what about a step-father, step-uncle, or half brothers?

If your spouse is part of your application you can get 5 points if " You or your accompanying spouse or common-law partner has a relative, i.e., parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, child of a parent, (sibling), child of a grandparent, (aunt/uncle), or grandchild of a parent, (niece or nephew), who lives in Canada and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident."

there is a way out HI FI ! as in sound systems :)

pardon me.

coming to the point-

u can ask ur Cousin to sponsor ur Uncle, the PR visa....if possible.

then ur uncle can sponsor u, and
u wud get 5 precious points.

few more simpler ways - i hv them too.

wanna know?
ok.

try to increase ur work Experience, or get a PG degree, or improve ur score in English, and
learn French, to attain more and more points to go beyond 67 pts.

if all such actions are not feasible, go on a student visa or work permit.
and live ur dream.

gud luck.
