my course does not allow online study

i have opted for geographic information system (GIS) for september 2021
my classes start on 31 august

but my college does not allow me to have online classes.
what can i do now?

i can't fly bcz flights from india to canada not allowed. also i have defered once... not more defer allowed

Fly indirect through another country. If you can’t defer, then you have no other option but to fly.

isn't there option to travel direct to canada bcz i can't study online. in may 2020 there was some sort of rule that if you can not study online in india than you can come directly to canada despite of travel ban.
some essential flights are still working no?

There are no direct flights from India to Canada until at least August 21. You must travel through a third country.
