See "if your claim is rejected" here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/refugees/inside/apply-after.asp

This is talking about refugees inside Canada, I am outside canada and my claim was rejected at Canadian Embassy in my host country

Sorry - I missed that part.

If your application was refused, then your only option is to submit a new application.

Thank you so much, I understood , but is there anyway for appeal or application for review for decision?...

No review is possible.

I believe an appeal to the Federal Court may be possible (hopefully someone else can confirm). If it's possible, you'll need a lawyer in Canada to represent you (expect to spend around $5K).

it is now 2 weeks since my application was denied, My status is still ON PROCESS, does it mean i can see whether i can contact Canadian Embassy and they may change if i can do some appeal to them? they use to change my status frequently but this time they dont change it, they should have changed to DECISION MADE status,

Any Advice?

Unfortunately I wouldn't rely on the online status. It's notorious for being out of synch with reality. My husband's status continued to show "in progress" for a month after we received the decision and continued to show "in progress" for several weeks after he landed. So I would take the online status updates with a grain of salt.

Having said that, I supposed there's no harm in contacting the embassy. The worst they can do is say no. I wouldn't mention the online status (because they'll just tell you it's incorrect).

Again, if you want to appeal - I think it will have to be through the Federal court (rather than through the embassy) and your first step should be to retain a reputable Canadian lawyer.

Good luck.
