My Citizenship Application is going backward :'(

Hi guys,
PLEASE HELPPP,
my Citizenship application is going backward, they asked my fingerprint last year, and my background was completed, since today it got changed to IN-PROCESS and they are asking for fingerprint again.
They invited me for Oath ceremony, and they didn't let me in cuz of the application still in process.
what is going on? please what should I do? it has been 2 years for my application?

didn't know that. they better finish it before a year. bulsh't
