Guys, anybody from here experienced that when proceeding to submit the documents is says ERROR, possible reason in the note are:

1 We are currently updating the website
2. We are experiencing technical difficulties

Did you submit documents, i can open my account but i cannot proceed when you need to sign electronically in order for the documents to be submitted.
