My CIC account not open

Can anybody guide me .my CIC account is not going to open . I tried twice not trying third time , scared that my account will lock . it has asked your identification type I put my application no then it asked surname I put my last name then date of birth Then place of birth . then it says there are three reasons so we couldn't find your profile . kindly guide me . thanks

Not sure you are asking about MyCIC account, but identification type + surname + date of birth are asked for ECAS which doesn't work for Express Entry applicants.
If you want to login to myCIC, you should follow this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/account.asp, type in you login/password and answer verification question.
