My CIC account blocked - Please help

I have mistakenly entered wrong security questions and now it says account blocked and no linger i'll be able to recover the account online.

how can i recover my account ? is it possible ?

Need help.

usually its locked for 24 hrs ...wait and try again otherwise contact cic customer care and seek advice

Its blocked few weeks ago, i do contact my agent and as per him, he can log int to my account, but still i cannot log in,

Also my score is 1022 and still i didn't recived ITA, as per my understanding i should receive ITA without having any issue.

my feeling is the reason is the account blocked issue.

My agent, he is asking me to wait and see future draws.

i don't know my agent is saying the truth..

need you all help to clear my concerns.

in that case, it seems like your agent is lying...if you have 1000+ points then you would have got ITA, What exactly he is saying??...ask him to give you print out of your ee profile details ...which can prove whether he is able to log in or not...if he is reluctant to give you details then breach your contract with him...do it yourself

Why don't you go to your agent and personally check when he says he is able to login to your account. I think he is lying..

Hello, my account is blocked for days now because I entered a wrong security answer...I have filled the online web form..wrote to cic and call the customer service line severally.
It is running to weeks now, I need to print my Biometrics and am applying for Visiting Visa which is time bound.
Please some one help me out......
