My chances of getting Study Visa. Please help

I wanted to know if i can apply for study visa under SPP as my consultants say i cant apply for visa if i have more than 2 backlogs a year

10th - 61%
12th commerce - 47%
BBM - 51%(11 backlogs all cleared withing span of course, 8 in first year due to ill health my performance was bad, 3 sem 1, 4th sem 2 , 5th and 6th sem non)
IELTS- 6.5 , no band less than 6
( L- 6.5, R- 6.5, W- 6, S-7)
Have got acceptance letter from GBC for International business management sept intake
have a medical certificate stating my ill health in my first year degree
A LOR from my HOD regarding my performance in college
have paid $15615 1st sem fee and living expenses
bank loan of 15lakhs, savings 4 lakhs
Annual income of dad 13lakh a year

Please let me know if i can apply under SPP or i should stick on to general category its urgent

Hi prashy
I had 4 backlogs in my first year and now i have applied under spp on 7th july...i am waiting for visa
My consultant told me that backlogs must be less than 10.if u get admission then there is no need to worry bcoz colleges verify backlog certificate before giving admsn.

Its only matter of getting admission. If u get admitted in any college or university. U can apply . So send ur documents to ur preffered college. I recommend u to get backlog certificate from ur previous college before applying bcoz most of the colleges require it

isnt it getting late for applying visa ? you should better hurry up. because one guy at visa center told me that the late you apply the less chances you making for your selection, he said this because he got rejected last time for submitting visa very late.

Due to some personal reasons, my agent delayed my application. It is getting late, my application was filed today only. Apply asap.
