I have done my graduation (4 year bachelor degree in computer science)
Age : 27

IELTS :
R - 7.5
L - 7
W - 6
S - 6.5

Work experience in IT - 5 years.
Not married Yet
Dont ave any blood relation in canada

Do you think I can apply or eligible through express entry?
or should i give my IELTS again to improve my score?
or would i be eligible to apply through PNP?

Improve your IELTS score or work on French proficiency.
PNP is a long shot, its upto you if you want or not.

PNP is a long/complicated process. Give you are under 30, I would suggest you to try that route after you maximize your IELTS score and are still unable to get ITA. Or you can try in parallel. FYI, your reading score is ok. Listening should be 8, Writing/Speaking should be 7.
