My chances in Winter 2013 intake...pls drop your suggestion.....

Hi friends,

I am a B.tech Civil Engineering graduate and My student visa got rejected in 3 times

First rejection on Sept. 2011 intake(Carleton University-Masters in Infrastructure Protection and International security)

Second rejection on this Sept. 2012 intake(Lambton college-PGD in Industrial & Project Management)

After received my rejection I again reapplied on this same college with slight change in course(Lambton college-PGD Project Management) that also got rejected.

All the three rejection statement are same stating:

*You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canad by the end of the period authorized for your stay because:

*Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualification, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India or Canada, language abilities or your future prospect and plans...

So I am again reapplying for this Winter 2013 intake

This time I took admission from University of Ottawa for Masters in Civil Engineering....

So guys I required your valuable comments to clarify my this Winter 2013 chance...Pls drop your comments....

Your course choice looks Good comparatively to previous choices , show property or job or relatives for hometies...

at last you opted for a relevant course.
Show an education loan of 10 lac and savings of INR 500000 around 4 months old. Get your property evaluated by CA to show strong ties with your home country.

Work experience 5 years(worked status-Site Engineer, Engineer QS,Civil Engineer, Project coordinator(resigned from job on this May for applying this Lambton college)).......
I am going to pay 1 year full tuition fees to University rest of amount will show as bank loan(against FD)...My property is belong to my sister so I am not including that one.....
