Your grades for engineering are okay...it really depends on the universities you are applying to. You might not get into Univ of Toronto or UBC etc ...but you give a shot at these - Dalhousie univ, Univ of Calgary, Univ of Victoria and Simon Fraser univ. There are also smaller colleges but i dont have much info on them.

You might wanna give another shot at IELTS to improve your chances in engineering and visa as well. Bachelors program in engineering is very competitive as lot of Canadians want to get admission as well.

PS - I am an electrical engineer - graduate from Univ of Alberta...feel free to ask anything.

Thank you for the info.
brother were are you from ?
did you studied bachelors or masters from ualberta and are you on job now how is job market for electrical engineer in canada.
How is part time job is it easily available or difficult and what do they pay.

hi
gkb i am interested in electrical engineering and i can adapt any type of climate,i am also interested in part time jobs and more intl student oriented univ.
thank you for showing interest in my post and also tell me about yourself what you do ,etc.

Your chances are good but do not go for top universities like University of Toronto or Simon Fraser etc, my advice is to go for unis like Concordia, Ryerson, Saskatchewan, Memorial etc...
