What
I also got Rejected with the same reason on November 30.I reapplied on 3rd dec by stating in my SOP that I will leave canada after my studies. And also add a justification letter for your previous rejection to your checklist and reapply.
What should I add in the justification letter? Can you let me know?

I have applied with gic, 1 year tuition fee and my ielts. Can I just make a strong sop and apply with that? Or do i need other financial documents?

Did u order CAIPS notes which has details of exact reasons to reject?
Do that... Then get a SOP written.

Take a look at Caipsgcms.com
If visa rejected they help with writing sop and letter of explanation

I have not used them but saw it online. U can scout for more

If you want to increase your chances of approval, get to know the actual refusal reasons. Otherwise, you just risk another refusal if you will not be able to address the previous refusal properly.

Yeah but I don't have any other option also. Coz caips notes will take time and I just have 15-20 days for my college to start. I'll be writing a strong sop stating that I will be coming back after my bachelors and masters. Thank you

Thanks! Should I also apply with financial documents, income tax returns etc? I have just applied with gic payment, 1 year tuition fee payment and ielts. If I just add a strong sop with this is that Ok?
yes you must include all the financial documents.e.g bank fund, loan , lic premiums etc. which ever is necessary and ITR will boost your profile. it will help you to prove as a genuine person

Deferring for the next intake is an option. Applying with less than a month before the school start is a bit of a stretch, especially if you factor in the average processing time as per different posts here. You may or you may not get approval. But then, it’s your choice.

Hey Faisal,
I highly encourage you to not apply again now for the Jan intake.
The processing time in Saudi Arabia is 6 weeks so you don’t have much time especially because they just always take so much time. I’ve been refused the first time and I applied again in OCT10 and no response till now. They contacted me on the 6Th week asking for additional documents and I provided them the past week. HOWEVER, if u don’t wanna miss Jan intake then you’ve got to apply again with solid letter of explanation. My first application was refused same as yours.
So I wrote a strong LOT and proved strong ties to my country and that I’ll leave Canada once I finish my studies.
Could you please share the timeline for your first application?

I got my refusal after 15 days of applying. I went to other consultancy and they said me that they will apply with strong sop and good financial documentation. My last date for going nic college is 7th jan. I will be applying for visa tomorrow. Hope I will be getting my visa with stamping in first week of January. Btw can you let me know much time does it take for visa stamping after passport request?
