My brother to accompany my son 8 yrs old to Canada

Hi. Just wondering if you guys have an idea of my situation.
My son 8 yrs old will soon receive his landed immigrant visa in
Manila. Thing is I can't go in Manila to pick up him bec of my work.
My only option was I planned to let my brother , 25 yrs of age
, employed as nurse in the Philippines to accompany my son
Here once the visa is issued. My Aunt, went to
Immigration letter Atty. Henry Moyal to make and sworn
An invitation letter for my brother bec, she told in there she
Is inviting my brother to come see and visit her and also this the better
Time to come to Canada also bec of his nephew ( my son ) needs to be accompanied
By him. I also send authorization letter / consent to travel to my brother
And I have it notarized too.

You think he would be given visa? I'm so confuse
Coz I can't go home to pick him. This is his first time
To travel so I'm so paranoid if there is a chance my brother
Can come here with me after few months. He needs
To comeback to Philippines too bec. Of his work

Your brother needs to show strong ties to his home country and demonstrate that he has no plans to remain in Canada long term. Since he is young, CIC may very well suspect he has plans to remain in Canada long term. So he should provide as much evidence as possible to prove otherwise (e.g. employment letter, property ownership, etc.). Good luck.

Did ur Brother recieve a visa going here with ur son? Becoz thats my plan too...plz reply so i can get zone ideas...thanks
