my application withdrawn...but i did not !

Hello every one
please help me with this case !
i have applied through VFS office and submitted my passport in july
Since my application took a long time and i need my passport i just requested my
passport by vfs , they told me it is ok , that was two weeks a go.
and lst week i got request for late letter of acceptance
but ....today i got massege my application has been withdrawn as i requested!
i did not do that ! my case closed !
i did not ask to you withdraw my application!
i waited since july ! deffered to january my course
please what can i do !!!!
im totally nerveous !
