Hello everyone ,

Today when i checked my canada visa track application status , i saw they have put updated yesterday after 60 days on my tracking but eligibility and background still same . What does it mean ? have they started looking at my application?

These are bulk updates

For true status on application try calling IRCC

The tracker will show in progress when those stages begin

Thanks . But my stages started since 65 days ago and stuck . The only last update was yesterday and they have put a last update date 16 october . it doesnt meant they have decided?

My experience with the tracker, although for a different program, was a cause for anxiety. I didn't get any updates, even after decision has been made. Its been five months since I got my application appoved, but eligibility still has not started.

IMHO, you're better off tracking your application through the gckey.

I see thanks . But what does it mean that they have updated something yesterday ? what it can be?

It just means overall status on tracker was updated as of that date
Does not mean your application has any specific updates

You have to wait it out
Eligibility & background can take few months

Yes i see . i only applied for a tourist visa but i dont know why background taking ages!
 
I have applied from Doha Qatar Temporary Visit Visa time limeresponse
6th May 2023 Application submitted online
Biometric done in 2018. 3 Time already refuse.. Pakistani National
Now 6 month Running...no response.yesterday I Raise Web form
Response today We Will response as soon as possible.
Before processing time of Qatar 100 days .than 150 ,than 172 now showing 572 days.
M Worried about ... please any one answer

Processing times from Middle east can be longer
Wait to see if there is any response to Webform
There is not much one can do other than waiting it out
