Your application first has to go to "Decision Made" status and that's when Language, Physical Presence and Prohibitions will be set to "Completed". After that's done, you will receive an oath notification.

To avoid disappointment, expect it'll take at least 3 to 5 months from the date when the test status was set to "Completed" to receive oath notification on the dashboard.

They took test first before completing any of the status is that normal
