My Application status is in-process & now I am marry, hw can i update wife info?

Thanks for all your assistance, Please my application is currently showing in-Process since Jan 2012 when Igot my UCI no. I got married feb. this year -2013 And i want to inform Accra about my change of status from single to marriage and I will want to include my spouse to my application.
Now my concerns
i. Apart from the marriage certificates what other forms do I need to complete and send to Accra.
ii. Do I need to complete other forms as the principal applicant?
iii. Do i need to pay application fees for my spouse?
Please advise of all the forms i need to complete and send to Accra.

Drop an email to Accra Visa office , and drop all questions to them , they will responds and you are on track

Thank you guys, I have sent the email for enquiry yesterday with my marriage cert. and contract doc. for my new job as attachment for them to advise.

i will keep the house posted.

I got the below response from Accra:
Dear Applicant,
This is in response to your enquiry.
Be assured your application is in queue for review; however an exact schedule is not available at this time. As you know, all applications are reviewed in the order in which they were received.
Please refer to the CIC web site for information on standard processing times:

No further action is required by you at this time.

There was no mention of what I should do concerning my wife information or the necessary documents that I need to send to them. However, in my enquiry I attached my marriage cert. and my new employer contract letter.

Please do I need to wait for them to contact me before sending any further documents or I should send an email to them?
