my application status for Permanent Residence as a live in caregiver

my question is why it take 3 months before they start processing my application? and can somebody tell how long it will take to received my open work permit? tnx!

It hapens due to the waiting list. Your case might close successfully by avg 8-10 months.

8-10 months is that start from when they received or when they process my application?

oh i see bcoz i tot its only takes 5 to 6 months for the opw from the time they process your application?
