Your question doesn't really make sense. What do you mean by expired?

maybe mrswong means the "expression of interest" profile has expired after being in the pool for one year. If that is the case, if mrswong wants to continue trying, the only option is to create the profile again.

I received a new message that my EE profile created one year ago was expired after 1 year. Do I need to resubmit a new profile? Sorry for not making the question clear. Thanks.

Yes, the profile expires after one year. You can create a new profile. If you don't mind, what was your CRS score in your old profile?

For future reference, the "expression of interest" profile is not considered to be an "application." If, based on your profile, you get an invitation to apply (ITA), only then will you have to prepare and submit an application.

If you are in the pool for one year and don't get ITA (not enough CRS points to make the cut) your profile expires automatically.
How many points do you have?
If you wish to stay in the pool you simply reenter it again!

I am only 300 points :(

Although the trend of lower CRS is clearly there, you nevertheless should try to improve your points.

yes, better IELTS score will give you more points ... or get higher degree in education .. there is probably no other way how to improve it
