My appeal Has Been accepted what next

First of all I would like you to know that I am Yash Desai and I am 17 years old and I live in India.I was having my appeal to the IAD and it was also accepted means my appeal was approved so they said that I would be having a letter from the ministry in about 60 days.

So what I would like to ask is that will I get a PR Card or what a Temporary travel document to collect or what.All I would like to know is what I will get in the mail I will get in 60 days so I can plan everything about going or not or so.

Also a last question in the letter there wouldnt be any other appeal or court something it would just be my PR or the temporary travel dpcument or so ryt or what will I get exactly in the 60 days mail.

So that I can plan what to do next.

If you were appealing for a travel document and your appeal was accepted, you should get the travel document which will then allow you to return to Canada within the expiry date of that document. They are often issued for a period of 6 months.

When you return to Canada, you can apply for a PR card based on winning your appeal.

If you let your travel document expire and do not return to Canada, they may not be so happy to give you another one as they may feel you are not serious about returning. Same could happen if you leave again after getting your PR card and then it is lost or stolen and you are in the situation of having to apply for a travel document again. Having won your appeal excuses you from not having met the RO in the past but it does not excuse you from meeting the RO in the future.

So will it be like they will send an application to the Indian ambassy or so and I would have to submit my passport there???

If so the. How much time would it take them to send it there as the reasons and decisions certified copy is received by me now and it's been a while I've seen my family so how much possible time could it take can you please tell me??

And if it is not like that then what would be the procedure do I submit for a travel document again with the reasons and decisions sheet attached to it??

Did you apply for a travel document and it was denied and you appealed?

If your appeal was allowed, they will send you a letter and either you will get the travel document you asked for which I think is more likely or the letter will tell you to apply again based on their verdict in which case you apply again giving a copy of their verdict.

I can not tell you how long it takes.

Is there a problem with your family? Getting a travel document in a case like that is like winning the lottery but if you don't use it or you use it but don't stay in Canada in order to meet the RO, there is no guarantee you will get one again.

Yes well I applied for a travel document and I didn't meet the RO and so t he appeal took place and it did get accepted and now I don't know what the next procedure would be so I want to know what next coz when I got the travel document with the reasons and decisions of my appeal being accepted they said that I am not yet eligible for having a travel document and the IAD will send them means tthe Delhi department the file and then I have to submit my passport so how much time would it take
