My Agent says i will get Biometric instruction letter of MPNP.

Hi Guys,
I am from Bangladesh.
My Agent says I will get Biometric instruction letter of MPNP in Dec,13 but actually I don't know anything even my file number.
on 22nd Feb, 13 I signed back on a letter paper provided by AGENT from Manitoba Nominee company.
Later he got scanned copy of my passport, authentic copies of all academic, birth & marriage certificate, filled background declaration form IMM5669 & Additional Dependent Declaration form IMM0008DEP.
Could any one help me by telling in which stage is my application or how can I know my status?

Till now I have not heard of nomination in bio metric form, usually everyone gets letter of approval through normal mail.

By the way who is this Manitoba Nominee company?
