Hi just wanna ask MY GCMS NOTE SAYS MY APPLICATION IS FORWARDED TO VISA OFFICE MANILA IN THE PHILIPPINES.. What happen next? Why did they transfer my Application to my home country? After 11 months of Process. DECEMBER 2023 OUTLAND applicant here.

This sounds like a good news or at least a forward step in your application since the last stages or passport request goes to IRCC in your home country or through VAC. Why worry?

Really? When Ircc forwarded my application to my home country does it mean background check is done and waiting for PPR soon?
