house,must we sit for the iestl/tofel exams for ur english proficiency to be determined??what about those who has english as their first language and who were taught all through school with english??how do they determine their points and what prove do they have to show as concerning their proficiency??

If English is not your first language you need to sit for IELTS. Instruction guide says that you are strongly recommended to take the exam, fact is that you are required to take one

If English is your first language then you can send a write up to Visa office explaining your proficiency and number of points depend on IO/VO

well,My first language is english and ive been taught with english from my Nursery class upto my university days.if this the case,what do i submit as proof of my english proficiency??
Also,of what differnce is an immigration lawyer to my application??i learnt they always include a detailed written arguement in favor of ur applications and there's always little or no mistakes or ommisions....i really need to know their efficiency.
