I am presently residing in London for more than 3 years. Can I apply for immigration from India as I am an Indian Citizen and come back again to London ? or I have to apply from London office only????

I guess you can technically apply from india too, however what will you do with the correpsondence? Are you not going to declare that you are currently residing in London for the last 3 years? How will will you get your medicals done? how will you send your passport? how will you come for interview? the travel will cost a lot, make correspondence difficult and perhaps the whole application mildly suspicious?

You have to remebmber one thing. CHC New Delhi is way faster than London CHC.

You can apply from India, if you have Indian passport...... You can travel to India while submitting the passports.....
