Pls if a spouse is the principal applicant and did IELTS, is it necessary for the other spouse to do IELTS too?

You don't need to give the IELTS if your believe your wife's CRS score is high enough to qualify

Not necessary if PA doesnt have the need to claim points for spouse's ielts.

Not required but very much recomendable because it will increase CRS final score.

If without the IELTS of your accompanying spouse you get more that 450, then maybe you won’t need those additional points. Rounds of ITAs have been maintaining higher CRS than last year.
