I emailed them several few weeks back but no reply

Graduate or undergrad program. Depending on deadlines, graduate committees may only just be meeting now for September admissions. For undergrad, you may not hear until May or June when Canadian applicants get their letters.

It will be way passed my document submission date by then, and my case is that I haven't gotten reply from them about confirmation of the documents i made some institutions forward to them. Just like they instructed

I have applied for an MEng (Civil) program for fall intake. The deadline was December 1, 2020 and its been more than 3 months since I submitted my application.

So again, the Graduate Admissions Committee may have yet to meet or have several meeting to discuss candidates.

What course did u apply for?

The Graduate Diploma and MASc deadlines for Engineering is April. So as @Naturgrl mentioned, you may not get an answer from the university until they close deadlines for all study paths and start going through the applications, even though you submitted yours months ago (MEng and PhD deadline being Dec'20). Hang in there. They might reach out 4-6 weeks from April, so around Mid-May or June.
