I would suggest apply through MailTranscripts, they will get the entire process done right from getting the college transcripts till sending it to WES. I applied one from them recently and the process was completed in a month. Without visiting the college or university my evaluation was completed and the credit goes to MailTranscripts. I made an application on their website, submitted my marksheets and degree certificate that's it, I did nothing except waiting for their updates which I received very frequently. My experience was GREAT and I recommend you to use their service, they are very very supportive.
