Mumbai University- B.E docs to WES

I am in process of getting the transcripts done for WES . I need to know how do we get the mark sheet attested for First Semester for Engineering ( Mumbai University ) as its been issued by college and WES needs First year mark sheets to be attested by university . Pls advice

Hi,
I’m not sure if you have resolved this issue. Please let me know if you have resolved it.
WES says Sem 1 and sem 2 marksheets MUST be ISSUED by University. I completed by BE in 2002. During that time Sem 1 exams were conducted by the college and the mark sheet issued by the college.
Is WES accepting the Sem 1 mark sheet by the college now?
