Dear All,
I have received my attested copies of B.Com mark sheets and transcripts from Mumbai University. Necessary stamp and sign are put on each envelope. But I received my mark sheets, transcripts and envelopes in loose. There were not sealed. I have put necessary documents in each envelope and glued the flaps. Is it necessary to paste gum tape on flaps to complete the sealing process and make the copy "official"? Let me know whether sealing of envelope by gum tape is a standard practice, even if not mandatory. I would appreciate your feedback on my query.
Regards,
Chinmay
