Good morning,

I am currently on a valid work visa until next june (2020) and have been offered a much higher paying and more challenging job in the same lmia-exempt occupation. Would it be better to apply to change the conditions of my work permit or apply for a new work permit from the new employer? My current employer is ok with me taking the job but what would happen if my new work visa were denied for some reason? Can i hold 2 permits from 2 different employers?

Thanks

I just landed in the United States not long ago, about 2 months. Work seems difficult to me. There are too many regulations for my country. I need to apply for a work permit and until now I still don't know where to start. Who can help me?

This is a Canadian immigration forum. You need to post your question to a US immigration forum.
