multiple re entry visa

Hello everyone,
My sister is visiting us here in Canada, her multiple visa will expires this coming December 2018. My question is, can she re Re new, re apply her multiple visa entry here in Canada and how? What site do we go to and does she need to apply sooner or wait to go back to Philippines to re apply again.

How long has she been in Canada? Although visas may have long expiry dates visitors are usually limited to a 6 month stay. You can attempt to extend the 6 month stay. She will have to apply for a new TRV. Hard to show strong ties to a home country while in Canada.
