1) Do i need a gift deed if only 20% of the required amount (CAD 12,300) was deposited in my account in the last two months?

2) If needed, does it have to be on a white paper and notarized?

3) Is 3 months bank statement sufficient along with Bank balance confirmation letter?

4) Is it okay to address Employer Reference letters to "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN" or "IMMIGRATION, REFUGEES & CITIZENSHIP CANADA"?

5) My Balance conf. letter states AUTO LOAN balance: $ xxx, does it affect my application in any way? P.S. i have the required funds for EE.

Thanks DelPiero. I'm getting the deed printed on the stamp paper and having it notarized but the date of notary will be ahead of date of cash deposit in the bank. Would there be any issue? Apparently there are some legal issues and they cannot back date it.

I deposited some additional cash on hand (around $1000), will an explanation in LoE be good enough or do i need to show anything else?

I'll submit 6 months Bank statement to be on a safe side, the average balance will not be over $12K as i had been saving out of my monthly income. Any issues? Closing balance will for sure meet the threshold.

1 - No issues with the notarization.
2 - If you deposited this cash in order to meet the minimum required funds then yes, it'd be ideal if you have proof where this money came from.
3 - No issue regarding average balance.

1- Once i have the bank letter that says "Zero" Credit card balance due, can i use it to pay PPR fee while submitting the application? and afterwards? i pay my dues regularly.

2- Change in Country of residence - My country of residence changed from PAK to Dubai couple of years back, do i need to mention the FIRST travel out of Pak to Dubai in travel history? I went back to Pak after 8 months. Will this be considered a travel or a relocation and i should i skip it? If i skip, i will state my travels out of Dubai only as it is my current country of residence... sounds right?
