Hi All,

Please share your inputs on 3 questions:

1. I have multiple education qualifications. I am sending application to WES.

Please suggest if I shall get all evaluated. Options are

a. MBA from Top B School
b. PGDBM from BVIMR, Pune
c. CA Intermediate
d. CIMA, UK Complete with ACMA membership

Will I get high points in CRS if I include all of these vs Simply getting Master & CIMA evaluated

2. I am 38 and IELTS score is 8 Overall.

If I include my spouse, score is around 402. Else it is 430.

What are my chances, 440 was last draw??

I have 13 Years Exp in Back Office.

3. My spouse had worked in Domestic call centre. Will that count for relevant exp??

Heres my 2 cents

1/ Get the highest education evaluated.
2/ Try to get IELTS score 10. If required do the exam again. Same goes to your spouse.
3/ We see lot of support around 440-435 area. So anything south of 430 doesnt look very promising. May be ONIP..
4/ If your spouse has all documents and they are valid then yes it will count.

Your spouse's work experience had to be in Canada otherwise it doesn't count.
Did your spouse take IELTS and have his/her education credentials assessed?

1/ Well it does if she is the primary applicant.. I was mentioning that it considered as a valid work per say.
2/ Yes we both were CLB 10 on all tests. One of us skipped the education assessment as didn't the extra points, also this made the process faster.

1. I have 2-3 Master. Shall I get both evaluated? I am asking because only for 1 MBA degree I have transcripts for rest it is pending.
2. Scores are R-8, S-9,W-7.5,L-8. Not sure If I can increase it any further.
3. Spouse WE is only in India not in Canada.

Sure get all evaluated. The result by WES can be really funny at times. So go for it.
Otherwise, keep a open mind on the practical side of the equation...I wouldn't recommend applying as solo as it may lead to complication when you want bring you family later on.
