Multiple PNP - QSWP and SINP

I have a question and hope anyone can help. I applied one month ago for the Saskatchewan’s in-demand sub-entry program, can I still apply for Quebec Skilled Worker Program? Of course I will withdraw the application from whichever I did not get a positive answer.

I do not want to give the impression that I have no intention in settling from the mentioned provinces.

Yes, you can, although QSW isn't technically regarded as a PNP.
