I need to find out if it's okay for someone to apply to multiple provinces for PNP at the same time or if it is against the rules.

It's not a problem. You can only accept one nomination, however.

dear all, i know this is relatively old thread but I dont want to post my question in irrelevant places.

below is a hypothetical scenario:

Smith is eligible for Express Entry and has applied for Saskatchewan PNP program (application submitted) under Express Entry category and received nomination. He has also included his spouse as an accompanying dependent.

Smith’s wife, Hannah is not eligible for Express Entry but got a PNP nomination based on job offer from British Columbia. She is yet to apply to IRCC on a paper based application with her spouse included as accompanying dependent.

is there anything wrong if either Smith or Hannah continue with their application and other one withdraw nomination? or am i just wrong!
