Oh ok, thank you. But I don't know why they would need to since the PCCs already cleared you of any criminal records in those countries but ok...

Criminality is only one aspect of the background check, security checks are different from criminality, etc.

I would say it matters more how bureaucratically "efficient" those countries are, information/data sharing arrangements, etc - rather than just the number of PCCs.
