Multiple NOC and reference letter requirement

Hello,

I am about to fill my EE profile and have few questions regarding work experience and NOC. My work history is as follows

• 4.5 Years: Oct 2015 to Aug 2019 and Dec 2019 to Till date – with same employer, NOC 1112 (Financial Analyst) - Intend to use this as primary NOC
• 3 Months: Sep 2019 to Nov 2019 – NOC 1112 (Financial Analyst), Didn’t leave on good terms
• 2.8 Years: Nov 2012 to Sep 2015 – NOC 1122 (Management Consultant)
• Oct 2010 to Jan 2011 – Corporate Banking RM (Not sure which NOC but not 1112)

Would highly appreciate if some one can guide me on following:

1. I am planning to not show Sep 2019 – Nov 2019 work experience as there is no chance of any communication or reference letter. Would this be an issue (misrepresentation etc.)
2. Would I need reference letter for Nov 2012 – Sep 2015 experience even when it is not from my primary NOC – I presume this will not add to my CRS score as I already have 4.5 years of experience with my latest employer. Also I meet FSW eligibility score without extra points for 6 or more years experience
3. Regarding Oct 2010 - Jan 2011 experience, do I have to necessarily show this experience. I have the offer and relieving letter but getting reference letter would be difficult. Any issue with not showing this experience.

You get maximum credit in EE for only 3 full years of foreign work experience so you can cut everything else from your profile.

Thanks for your feedback. Another follow up question: It will be fine if later (after ITA) I include all employment details in personal history section
