hi.. i just wanted to know if multiple entry visa holder in canada can i apply again for another 10 years after the expiry date? thanks in advance

Before expiry date but of course no guarantee you will either get approved, or a multi entry or another 10 years

Get a new passport first. Unless your passport is somehow valid for 20 years?
