Hi there, my fiancee is planning to visit Canada again from her home country of Mexico and we were hoping to get a multiple entry visa. She visited Canada before Mexicans needed to get a visa, applied and was approved for three extensions while she was here. So technically she has never applied for a visa to come to Canada before, although she was here and successfully got the extensions.
She has ties to Mexico (in the middle of her thesis), and ties to Canada (me, her fiancee). She wants to take a break from school and visit me for two weeks this summer, and then again after she finishes school (hopefully later this year). So my question is, is the multiple entry visa intended for people like her? Or is it safer to just apply for a single entry visa right now?
Any insight would be appreciated.
