Hi Guys, I have a situation here, Please Please help only if you have accurate information or you gone through same situation.

I arrived Canada on single entry visa from Islamabad on 28 Feb 2014. My wife and two kids are Canadian Citizens. I have already applied for Family Class sponsorship within Canada ( No News Update yet) My single entry visa expired and I got extension till the end of Feb 2015. Now Im planning to visit my family in Pakistan by the end of march 2015. My question is:

1: Can I get Multiple entry visit visa within Canada so I can come back.
2: If yes then how and where I can I apply for that.
3: If I apply today will I be issued a multiple entry visa till feb 2015 ( I mean by that till the time of extension of visitor visa and I have to come back before my extension expires). Or will it be till my passport expiry date.

Guys its serious matter for me because I really have to see my parents and on the other side I have to come back for my case and family here.

Please need help and some who can explain me the whole procedure in detail.

Really appreciate your time.

1. No as a visitor in Canada, you have to apply to an overseas office for a TRV. Only study/work permit holders in Canada can apply for TRVs in Canada.

You will have to apply for the TRV from the country where you were residing prior to visiting Canada or your home country as you have to show your strong ties to that country.

You could ask for a multiple entry visa when you apply again.

Whether the visa will be issued to you as Single/multiple entry and also the duration of the TRV will depend on the documentation submitted by you, your circumstances, your previous visit/stay in Canada and the balance of probabilities as assessed by the VO

All the best :)

How about for someone with an IN-LAND PR application (spousal sponsor) but from a country exempted from visa to enter Canada? What is the chance of the person being re-admitted back to Canada bearing in mind that there is an IN-LAND PR application still pending?

No one can give you the chances. Whether you are allowed into Canada or not is up to the immigration officer you encounter when you re-enter Canada.

Understand that if your TRV is refused and you cannot return to Canada, your inland PR application will be cancelled. You would therefore have to apply outland and most likely remain in Pakistan until you receive PR.

I understand that. This is the reason I want to have multiple TRV before I leave Canada. I don't want to sabotage my INLAND process at any cost. To obtain multiple visa while im in Canada is not possible then I wont take a chance to go back.

You could check on the status of your Inland PR application first.

To apply for a new multiple entry TRV, you would have to return to Pakistan.... once you get the new TRV then you can re-enter Canada.... but again re-entering Canada will depend on the immigration officer at the border (as Scylla mentioned)

How do you intend to stay on in Canada once your extension expires in February 2015?

Again, you cannot obtain a multiple TRV from within Canada. You will have to apply once you are outside of Canada. If you leave Canada, there is a risk you will not be allowed back in. If you want to avoid this risk then your only option is to remain in Canada and not leave until you have PR. Your choices are really quite simple.
