You don't actually need visa to enter Canada since you are from a "visa-free" country. You had been "tagged" in the system so you're given a visitor record. Multiple-entry visa holders have the same 'caps' or limits probably even less leeway than citizens from countries who do not need visa to enter Canada. Your purpose of coming to Canada will be scrutinized more each time you enter Canada and you may even be barred for sometime if you come back too soon after having been given a VR.

thank you for fast response! :)

yep, i had many questions and long conversation with visa officer when i came. so it can be even worse next time :(

im planning to go my home country for 2-3months. then i plannig to come back. i was thinking would multipe-entry visa help. but cause its not gonna help, i wont apply it.
i just have to have enough proves for the visa officer when i next time come....

i think i will leave 2months before my visa expires, i hope its a good sign to the visa officers...

I was wondering the same. As I have been to Canada once and I would like to return (I am Italian citizen), I was wondering if I needed to apply for a visa or if it would be better to have applied for one before returning? But I guess jobseeker answered the question.
Thanks
