I was wondering if i can submit 2 applications for 2 NOC, and if so, in the second application do i have to submit another original IELTs result or i can mention that they already have the original in the 1st application.

Please help

You need to provide original IELTS results in any application you send - otherwise the application will be refused.

You need to have original IELTS for each application package, however you can apply for additional IELTS copy from british council & for this you must inform them & satisfy them that you are applying & submitting IELTS for immigration purpose..

Another application can be submitted with an explanation why the original IELTS TRF cannot be sybmitted, as per the instruction in checklist, item no 9- Proof of language proficiency.

Thank u all, i will try to get a new copy from the IELTS otherwise i will submit a photo copy and try to explain that the original was sent to u under another category.
I hope it will work out.

Why do you want to submit two applications to begin with? Why don't you just pick one NOC that you feel you will be most qualified for (and is not in danger of capping) and then apply under that? Your points will be exactly the same no matter which NOC you apply for.

The problem with sending the IELTS copy is that it is accepted only if they ALREADY have an existing application with them. In your case, you will be sending two new applications and there is no telling which one will be opened first. You could technically send two applications a week apart from eachother but still CIC might open applications at different order for different NOCs (which has been happening lately). So it might just be a waste of time and money and resources for you.

My most qulaified NOc is reaching the cap limit very quickly thats why i want to try with another one, i have nothing to loose.

British council they told me they can send it direct to CIC. i will see

Check the document checklist -- CIC can regard an application to be incomplete if the checklist asks for original but you do not provide the original.

It is bureaucratic and the officers just follow rules. Of course, no one knows what they would exactly do and you cannot e-mail them to ask.

You can do whatever feels right for you. But, just so you know, CIC will not accept direct IELTS report from British council. If it was an option, a lot of other applicants would be using it.

I checked with the British council and they said they can provide me another original copy from the IELTS, good news :)

i am just worried about the experience certificate cuz i will change a little bit in the job discription. Can they find out that i have 2 experience certificates with different job discription. However, both of them are very close
