MSP renew question

Hello, I have some questions about MSP renewal. I had work permit and my MSP card (not the driver’s license) has an expiration date (February,2021). I got PR in 2019 and I updated my residency status for my MSP account. I didn’t receive a new card. I wonder where can I get a new MSP card and can I still use my old MSP card?

Have you been living in Canada? If not you were supposed to advise MSP of your absence. If you did not meet the residency requirements to receive MSP (not the same as PR) you must reapply for MSP.
