I am from Bangladesh and very much interested in getting admitted in the University of Saskatchewan for its MSc in Finance Program. I have a BBA majoring in Finance and Banking and my CGPA is 3.48. I also have taken the GMAT exam and scored 650. When the University of Saskatchewan got the copy of my GMAT score they contacted me and they had a very positive attitude. I haven't taken the IELTS but going to take the exam soon. I just wanna know is there anyone who has any about the university specially the subject and can suggest me what should I do.

Thanks, But I have some serious financial problems. That's why Univ of Saskatchewan is very ideal for me I am also planning for Msc in Mgt in MUN. But I really need to be sure that I get admitted because if I don't get admitted in the year 2015 my mom is not going to let me try next year. Wish me luck.
It is a very good program. And the application deadline for Fall 2015 is December 15th. Because you have financial problems, it's good to apply early and access the scholarship options. Your grades are good, so give it a trial. I will be studying in this same university but different program.

Thanks Aref Jadallah. I need to manage funding that's why I have applied to Univ of Saskatchewan. I have been preparing for GMAT for last 1 year and now scoring 700+ in mock tests. If I can save some money I definitely will.

kadian, even I am not sure what will happen. U o S accepts only 5 students per year for MSc in Finance. They have not even confirmed my admission yet.
However they will require a 4 year Bachelor Degree. Contact the University. As you have experience, they may have something for you. 10th and 12th will not matter.
If you don't financial problem like I do, you can go for MBA or another university. Check Memorial University of Newfoundland. The average GMAT is 590 and requires 2 years of experience. Or University of Lethbridge, the tuition fee is high but I think it will be easy to get admitted. You can also try Univ of Lakehead.
Moreover there are only few universities offer Msc in Finance and most of them are research based degrees; it will be wise for you to have an MBA. As you have work experience, you may have a good chance there.
One more thing, take GMAT seriously. Use the Official GMAT Software and find out you probable score. Then take the next step.

According to them I should not waste this year in Gmat (GMAT exam will take me this complete year to prepare) and should rather opt for college based PG diploma programs.
What are your viewpoints ?

GMAT is not going to take 1 year. It took me 3 months. During that time I was doing my MBA and I was tutoring 8 students. I used to get 2-3 hours per day to prepare.
If you apply for PGD the chances of getting Visa, I think, will become less. Most of the MBA requires 2-3 years of experience. So, If you apply for MBA it will be perfect with your age and situation. If they ask tell them you need an MBA for you career.
