MS Word format or PDF format

Hi guys,
I have a simple question.
When I send biodata to CIC, is it ok to send it in MS Word format
or should I save and send it in PDF format?
Is this going to be a problem if I send it in MS Word format?
Anybody's reply please.

Biodata form has to be filled out by you, scanned and emailed back to CIC. Or use the fillable PDF

I've seen people's documents returned cuz they used an older version.

What biodata we have to fill in, I already did Medical exam, and RPRF. I haven't received biodata form. Thank you

There is no need to send biodata unless they requested it.
